Metalworks is a custom manufacturer specializing in high quality fabricated metal products for markets from architectural/structural to military/aerospace and everywhere in between.
This is a full-time position.
This position consists of, but is not limited to, miscellaneous office tasks, answering phones, taking messages, communicating with customers and vendors, keeping track of dates and appointments, opening and closing jobs, and keeping track of incoming emails.
Looking for someone to aide in the enormous growth of our company.
Looking for someone who can assist in leading the company to the next level.
Looking for someone with creative ideas, can assist in implementing new systems for the business and can multi task.
Looking for a self starter, self motivated and keeping the front office organized and running smoothly.
Will assist the Management Team.

Qualifications:
Knowledge in (Sage) Peachtree Accounting System A PLUS Knowledge of A1A Billing Knowledge of Monday.
com MAJOR PLUS Knowledge in Microsoft Office Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook email system Experienced in ISO 9001 Quality System/AS9100 preferred
