You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain a clean and professional site while coaching and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service.
Assistant Managers will:
Support the General Manager in ensuring customer service and quality expectations are met Ensure a positive experience for every guest Educate guests and manage memberships through the point of sale system Monitor car quality throughout the day Troubleshoot ongoing problems and escalate according to communication guidelines Maintain high standards through regular deep cleaning tasks Task the team to maximize efficiency and cleanliness on the site Enforce company policies and procedures Perform maintenance and repairs as needed Coach staff to deliver attentive, passionate, and professional service Provide breaks to team members and perform team level tasks to standard Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Ability to lift 25 pounds above your head Ability to hear and react quickly to sounds Ability to see and react quickly to dangerous situations Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Ability to move safely over uneven and slippery terrain Ability to safely climb 6' ladder and Ability to work while kneeling, bending, squatting occasionally for limited time Ability to do light repetitive motions such as rotation of shoulder, elbow and wrist Car wash experience NOT REQUIRED Join us in creating exceptional experiences for our customers and contributing to the success of Clearwave.
