Show up on time every day Embrace hard work Let's be honest, the first 3-6 months you will be starting as an apprentice and it can be hard and potentially dirty work But you will have the chance to move up quickly Be a willing learner and ready to jump in with new things Be good with your hands - If you were the Lego or Kinex kid we want you Here's what you'll be doing as a commercial roofing laborer:
Removing old roofing systems.
Installing new insulation.
Fastening down new insulation.
General job site clean-up.
Additional skilled activities as you progress.
Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits for a roofing laborer.
Job starts at $20.
00 per hour, from there it's up to you how fast you move up.
After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits.
Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
