As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating critical level pickup/delivery requests from our clients.
We dispatch our drivers to medical facilities, hospitals, and pharmacies in thirteen (13) states.
We are looking for someone that has great customer service, a driven disposition, understanding of urgency, dispatching experience, and can work well individually and/or in a team setting.

com Work Schedule (Day Shift):
9am-9pm Wednesday through Saturday.
Our Dispatchers work three (3) 12-hour days a week and work a 4th day every other week.
Hourly Pay:
$18.
00 - $24.
00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Operate multiple telephone lines in a high-volume environment.
Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers and drivers.
Dispatching drivers to designated locations based on customer requests and scheduling needs.
Create, schedule, and maintain deliveries for optimal performance.
Utilize Xcelerator and GPS software systems to track driver locations and monitor performance.
Monitor driver routes and provide updates to customers regarding pickup/delivery status.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
2 Years' experience Dispatching Drivers.
(Courier and/or Final Mile experience is highly desired).
2 Years' experience using Dispatch or TMS software.
3-4 Years of top-notch customer service experience.
Technology Savvy and stays abreast of new technology.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
Must have a positive attitude with the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and effectiveness.
Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience in Transportation and/or Logistics is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
