We are looking to fill an immediate position in our Farmington Hills or Taylor facilities for an Administrative Assistant.
Previous experience in data entry and telephone customer service is required.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Customer service via phone, email, and Live Chat Data entry including new sales, daily production, payments and incoming estimates Accounts Receivable Debt collection Audit incoming sales Process statements Return customer voicemails Successful candidates will be well organized, ability to multitask, have a math aptitude, be effective in verbal and written communication, and show great attention to detail.
Must be able to work seasonal overtime and half days on Saturdays during the spring.

Compensation is hourly.
